User's Guide

Updating Your Account

You update your account anytime. This includes your display name, email address and organization.

  1. Click Membership
  2. Click Edit Profile
  3. Edit Profile and click Update Profile.
NetWeaving Forum

The NetWeaving Form feature allows you to create Discussion Forum around any subject matter. To create Forum, follow these steps:

  1. Click your profile name in the upper right-hand menu.

To browse a Forum, click the Form Manager button and select the Forum you would like to join.

NetWeaving Groups

The NetWeaving Group feature allows you to create/join around any subject matter. To create Forum, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Group Manger
  2. Click the Create a Group
  3. Follow the steps to complete the Group Submission Form.
  4. Select you Privacy option (Public or Private)
  5. Click the Submit button.
Ambassador/Affiliate Program

The Ambassador program allows NetWeaving enthusiasts and strategic partners to earn commission promoting the platform under a revenue share arrangement. 

Your affiliate dashboard includes:

  • Your unique URL
  • Marketing Creatives
  • Statistics
  • Commission Payout

To send a referral email, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your members dashboard
  2. Click Ambassador
  3. Copy your Referral URL and paste it into your email. 

Note: The website Administrator must approve all affiliate applications. To approve an ambassador application, follow these steps:

  1. Login as Administrator
  2. Click Affiliates to list of Pending affiliates.
  3. Select a pending affiliate and Click Approve.

The affiliate account is now active.

Manage Sponsored Group

The manage Group feature allows you to manage the seats or subscriber you have sponsored. To manage your sponsored Group, follow these steps:

 

  1. Click the Manage Group
  2. View Group Code.
  3. You can add or remove a subscriber from your sponsored Group.

 

Your Group Code: Members can join your group at no cost.

Invite a Subscriber: You can invite members to your group. To invite a subscriber to your sponsored Group, follow these steps:

 

  1. Enter the email to the person you want to invoice.
  2. Click the Invite New Member

 

After recipients has registers, your seat number is reduced accordingly.

 

 

Remove Subscriber: You can remove a subscriber from your Group. To remove a subscriber.

 

  1. Tick the user you would like to remove.
  2. Click the Remove Selected Member

 

NetWeaving Story

This feature allows you to submit your NetWeaving experience along with a photo right from your dashboard.

 

To publish a NetWeaving Story, follow these steps:

 

  1. Click the Submit Your Story
  2. Complete the story submission form.
  3. Upload your photo.
  4. Click the Submit Post
Points & Reward System

The platform utilizes a point system to provide an innovative Pay-It-Forward program. Members earn digital points based on their activities in the community. Points earned can be shared (pay-it-forward) with another member or used for purchases in the marketplace.

  • Point Transfer

  • Leaderboard
  • Point Card – Generate a Point Card with QR code for offline transaction.
  • Purchase Points – Purchase additional points with a credit card.

Transfer Points: To transfer or Pay-it Forward points to another member, follow these steps:

  1. Click Dashboard from your Menu.
  2. Click the Transfer Points
  3. Select the member you would like to transfer point to. Start typing and a suggestion list will dropdown.
  4. Enter the number of points you want to transfer.
  5. Click the Pay-it Forward

Points History: To track your point history, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Points System
  2. Click the Earnings History button to view earn history.

Purchase Points: To track your point history, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Points System
  2. Click the Earnings History button to view earn history.

Points Card Generator: To track your point history, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Points System
  2. Click the Earnings History button to view earn history.
